Stem Cell and PRP Injections - NEW!

The following are new conservative and non-conservative treatments that are helping people who are non-operative or trying to avoid having surgery. Ask Dr Dimond if one of these procedures may be right for you.

Stem Cell Injections
Stem cells are harvested from the iliac crest and then spun down in the centifuge to inject into the affected area. The idea is to help build cartilage in the area by taking 'good cells' which promote growth.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections
Blood is taken from the arm and then spun down in the centrifuge to get the platelet rich plasma in a syringe to inject into the damaged area. This procedure is meant to promote anti-inflammatory processes and healing of the affected area.
